控制論是一個(gè)雙月刊的國(guó)際期刊，致力于快速出版其標(biāo)題所涵蓋領(lǐng)域的高質(zhì)量、同行評(píng)審的研究文章。該期刊由捷克科學(xué)院行政與運(yùn)營(yíng)中心、捷克科學(xué)院信息理論與自動(dòng)化研究所的學(xué)術(shù)出版社出版。控制論傳統(tǒng)上在控制科學(xué)、信息科學(xué)、統(tǒng)計(jì)決策、應(yīng)用概率論、隨機(jī)過(guò)程、運(yùn)籌學(xué)、模糊性和不確定性理論以及與上述領(lǐng)域密切相關(guān)的課題上發(fā)表研究成果。自1977年以來(lái)，《科學(xué)引文索引》對(duì)該期刊進(jìn)行了監(jiān)測(cè)，并在數(shù)學(xué)評(píng)論數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、當(dāng)前數(shù)學(xué)出版物、當(dāng)前內(nèi)容ISI工程與計(jì)算技術(shù)、斯高帕斯和德國(guó)數(shù)學(xué)文摘進(jìn)行了索引。控制論在雜志網(wǎng)站上以硬拷貝形式和在線形式出版。兩個(gè)版本是相同的。硬拷貝版本可供出售（您可以訂閱日志和/或在此處請(qǐng)求樣本發(fā)行）。在線版本免費(fèi)提供。盡管控制論不是一個(gè)開(kāi)放訪問(wèn)的期刊，但該期刊目前的政策旨在免費(fèi)為作者和讀者提供最大限度的服務(wù)。目前，控制論不向作者收取任何出版/處理費(fèi)用。在控制論發(fā)表的所有論文均受版權(quán)保護(hù)。版權(quán)所有人是信息理論與自動(dòng)化研究所。從2014年開(kāi)始，我們將doi分配給控制論上發(fā)表的每一篇論文。ISI知識(shí)網(wǎng)對(duì)2017年控制論的影響系數(shù)為0.632。

Kybernetika is the bi-monthly international journal dedicated for rapid publication of high-quality, peer-reviewed research articles in fields covered by its title. The journal is published by Nakladatelství Academia, Centre of Administration and Operations of the Czech Academy of Sciences for the Institute of Information Theory and Automation of The Czech Academy of Sciences.Kybernetika traditionally publishes research results in the fields of Control Sciences, Information Sciences, Statistical Decision Making, Applied Probability Theory, Random Processes, Operations Research, Fuzziness and Uncertainty Theories, as well as in the topics closely related to the above fields.The journal has been monitored in the Science Citation Index since 1977 and it is indexed in databases of Mathematical Reviews, Current Mathematical Publications, Current Contents ISI Engineering and Computing Technology, SCOPUS and Zentralblatt MATH.Kybernetika is published in a hard-copy form as well as online, at the journal website. Both versions are identical. The hard-copy version is offered for sale (you can subscribe for the journal and/or request a sample issue here). The online version is available at contents free of charge.The current policy of the journal is aimed at offering maximum service to both the authors and the readers free of charge although Kybernetika is not an open access journal. At the moment, Kybernetika does not charge any publication/processing fees to the authors. All papers published in Kybernetika are copyright-protected. The copyright owner is the Institute of Information Theory and Automation.Beginning 2014, we assign DOI to each paper published in Kybernetika.Impact factor by ISI Web of Knowledge of Kybernetika for 2017 was 0.632.
