沈陽藥科大學負責同行評審工作《亞洲藥物科學雜志》(AJPS)是亞洲藥物科學聯合會(AFPS)的官方期刊，被科學引文索引擴展(SCIE)收錄。它提供了一個論壇，報告創新、生產方法、技術、倡議和科學知識的應用到藥學的各個方面，包括藥物控制釋放系統、藥物靶向、物理藥學、藥效學、藥代動力學、藥物基因組學、生物藥劑學、藥物和藥物前設計、藥物分析、藥物穩定性、質量控制、藥物工程和材料科學。
